SCREEN PRINTING & DIRECT-TO-FILM
Screen printing remains one of the most effective methods for producing bold, durable designs on apparel.
Each colour is printed through a prepared screen, allowing ink to be applied directly to the garment. The process is particularly well suited to larger quantities and designs using a defined number of colours.
Screen printing is commonly used for T-shirts, branded merchandise, uniforms, events, clubs and promotional apparel. We can help assess your artwork, garment choice and order quantity to determine whether screen printing is the right production method.
Direct-to-film, commonly known as DTF, is a versatile way to produce detailed, full-colour designs on a wide range of garments.
Artwork is printed onto a specialised transfer film before being heat applied to the garment. This allows DTF to reproduce gradients, small details and complex colour combinations without requiring individual screens for each colour.
DTF can be particularly useful for shorter runs, detailed artwork, multi-colour logos and orders containing different designs. We can advise whether DTF, screen printing or embroidery will produce the best result for your project.
