EMBROIDERY Digitising
Embroidery machines cannot work directly from a standard logo file. Before a design can be embroidered, the artwork needs to be converted into a specialised embroidery file through a process known as digitising.
Digitising determines how the design will actually be stitched, including stitch types, directions, density, sequencing and other production settings.
Good digitising can make a significant difference to the appearance and durability of finished embroidery. We prepare embroidery files with the garment, design and intended size in mind rather than simply converting artwork automatically.
