Distinct EDGE

Distinct Edge forms an important part of The Creative Group's history.

Tony and Denise Ramsay purchased the earlier Shortys Shirts business from Julie Ann Balmer and her husband in 2013, after the growing operation had outgrown its original shed-based premises.

Under Tony and Denise, the business became Distinct Edge and continued serving businesses, organisations and customers across the region for more than a decade. They developed the production operation, maintained a loyal customer base and created the foundation that The Creative Group would later inherit.

When Tony and Denise decided it was time to move into a new chapter, James Hita purchased the business and ultimately retired the Distinct Edge name as its people, equipment, experience and customers became part of The Creative Group.

Tony and Denise now operate Ramsay Family Farms, continuing their own family business story in an entirely different industry.
